Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ripple (the “Service”), an employee advocacy platform operated by CoreNet Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Ripple, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Ripple on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service description

Ripple is a B2B employee advocacy platform. Organizations create approved content; team members may share that content to LinkedIn from their personal accounts. Features, availability, and pricing may change during beta.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You must verify your email address before creating an organization.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

4. Organization roles

Your organization assigns roles (owner, admin, marketing, employee). Each role has different permissions in the product. See Roles & permissions for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or misleading content through Ripple or LinkedIn
  • Share content that violates your employer’s policies or LinkedIn’s Professional Community Policies
  • Attempt to access other organizations’ data or bypass security controls
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service
  • Use Ripple to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages

Your organization is responsible for content it approves and for employee use of the platform.

6. LinkedIn and third-party services

Connecting LinkedIn requires you to authorize Ripple to act on your behalf per LinkedIn’s terms. Ripple is not affiliated with LinkedIn. Third-party outages (LinkedIn, Stripe, etc.) may affect features; we are not liable for third-party service failures.

7. AI-generated content

Ripple may offer AI-assisted drafting. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sharing. Do not rely on AI for legal, financial, or compliance advice.

8. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms (trial length, renewal, cancellation) are shown at checkout.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
  • We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

9. Beta disclaimer

During public beta, the service is provided “as is” and may contain bugs, downtime, or breaking changes. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

10. Intellectual property

CoreNet Solutions retains all rights in the platform, branding, and software. You retain rights in content you create. You grant CoreNet Solutions a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

11. Confidentiality (former beta participants)

If you participated in a pre-launch beta under a separate confidentiality agreement, those obligations survive only to the extent they do not conflict with publicly launched product information.

12. Termination

You may stop using Ripple at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreNet Solutions and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100) if you have not paid fees.

14. Indemnification

You will indemnify CoreNet Solutions against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
