† Marketing can access organization profile and LinkedIn integrations — not billing or team management.
‡ When enabled by your org (default on). Use Personal Post in the employee portal header (switch to Employee View from management if needed). Posts go to your personal LinkedIn profile only — not company pages. Owners/admins can disable this in Organization settings.
Which portal do I use?
- Owner, admin, and marketing use the Management portal at app.ripples.marketing — content, analytics, calendar, and settings. Use Employee View for personal LinkedIn posts and the employee feed.
- Employees use the Employee portal — feed, shares, and My Brand.
- If you log in as an employee and try to open management pages, Ripple redirects you to the employee portal.

Who should I invite as what?
Admin
- Best for
- HR or ops leads who manage the team and settings but should not touch billing
Marketing
- Best for
- Content creators and approvers who do not need team admin
Employee
- Best for
- Staff who share approved posts to LinkedIn
| Role | Best for |
|---|---|
| Admin | HR or ops leads who manage the team and settings but should not touch billing |
| Marketing | Content creators and approvers who do not need team admin |
| Employee | Staff who share approved posts to LinkedIn |
Changing roles
Ask your owner or admin to update your role on the Team tab in Settings.
Transfer ownership (owners only)
If you are the organization owner, you can transfer ownership to another member:
- Open Settings → Organization (or Team).
- In Transfer ownership, choose an admin or marketing member.
- Confirm the transfer. You become an admin; the selected member becomes owner.
You can also use Transfer ownership from a team member's row menu on the Team tab.
Ripple staff can perform emergency owner transfers from the platform admin console — that path is for support only, not day-to-day customer use.
