What you can do
- Pick a template — pre-written rollout messages for your organization
- Choose recipients — select existing team members or paste email addresses
- Personalize — templates include your org name and invite link placeholders
- Send via Waves — email goes from
noreply@corenet.solutions - Optional: send invites — for addresses not yet on the team, check Send invite + launch email to invite and email in one step
Tips for a successful rollout
- Send the launch email after you've approved at least one post for employees to share
- Ask 3–5 early adopters to connect LinkedIn and share first
- Link to Roles & permissions so admins know who to invite as what
- Follow up in Slack or Teams with a link to the employee feed
